Berry Vanilla Protein Popsicles
Here's a summer recipe that is yummy, easy, and full of protein! A fun thing to make (and eat!) with the grand kids!
Makes: ~6 popsicles (depending on mold size)
Prep Time: 10 minutes + freeze time
Ingredients:
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (full-fat or 2% for creaminess)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)
1 cup mixed frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
1–2 tsp
honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions:
Blend everything in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Pour into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
Freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight.
To remove, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
🔄 Variations:
Tropical: Swap berries for mango + pineapple and use coconut milk
Chocolate peanut butter: Use chocolate protein powder, add 1 Tbsp peanut butter, and banana
Mocha: Add 1 tsp instant coffee + chocolate protein + almond
milk
