1/2 ripe
avocado
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 frozen banana
3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk)
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 tbsp
chia seeds
1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger (optional for zing)
Handful of spinach (you won’t taste it!)
Ice cubes to blend
